ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E006_3F11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL16 (Cat. PP-457) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL16 monoclonal antibody (K1E006_1G11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E006_1G11 and K1E006_3F11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL16 .
