ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92047_6E6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL37 (Cat. PP-1813) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL37 monoclonal antibody (K92047_8H12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92047_8H12 and K92047_6E6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL37 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL37 (Cat. PP-1813) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92047_8H12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL37 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K92047_8H12 can detect IL37 by Western blotting.
