ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92047_6E6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL37 (Cat. PP-1813) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL37 monoclonal antibody (K92047_8H12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92047_8H12 and K92047_6E6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL37 .
