Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of spleen tissue by CDA antibody (K1E006_4B3). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded spleen tissue.
Western Blot: 30 ug of HeLa lysate and 30 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E006_4B3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CDA band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 30 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 30 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate Result: K1E006_4B3 can detect CDA by Western blotting.
