ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA446_10G2 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. KYNU (Cat. PP-11627) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KYNU monoclonal antibody (K06335_12B9) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA446_10G2 and K06335_12B9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of KYNU.
