ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA446_11E2 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. KYNU (Cat. PP-11627) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KYNU monoclonal antibody (K06335_9F1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA446_11E2 and K06335_9F1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of KYNU.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by KYNU antibody (KAA446_11E2). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
