Mouse anti-Human IFIH1 Monoclonal Antibody (Clone K49007_11D6)

Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of thyroid gland tissue by IFIH1 antibody (K49007_11D6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded thyroid gland tissue.

Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug K49007_11D6 with LPS treated THP-1 lysate containing 200 ug total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. IFIH1 (K49007_11A7) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: LPS treated THP-1 lysate Lane 2: IFIH1 immunoprecipitated from LPS treated THP-1 lysate by K49007_11D6 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K49007_11D6 can immunoprecipitate IFIH1.

Western Blot: Cell lysate of THP-1 (untreated or treated with LPS) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49007_11D6 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFIH1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of untreated THP-1 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of LPS treated THP-1 lysate Result: K49007_11D6 can detect IFIH1 by Western blotting.
