ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K40060_9G8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. THPO (Cat. PQ-025) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human THPO monoclonal antibody (K40060_8G5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K40060_9G8 and K40060_8G5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of THPO .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human THPO (Cat. PQ-025) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K40060_9G8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. THPO band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K40060_9G8 can detect THPO by Western blotting.
