ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K40060_1B6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. THPO (Cat. PQ-025) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human THPO monoclonal antibody (K40060_8G5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K40060_1B6 and K40060_8G5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of THPO .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by THPO antibody (K40060_1B6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
