ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT145 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CST3 (Cat. PP-11279) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CST3 monoclonal antibody (KT144) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT145 and KT144 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CST3 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by CST3 antibody (KT145). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
