ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT145 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CST3 (Cat. PP-11279) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CST3 monoclonal antibody (KT144) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT144 and KT145 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CST3 .
