Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by SDC1 antibody (KAA133_7E9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA133_7E9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (which cross reacts with mouse IgM) was used as the secondary antibody. SDC1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA133_7E9 can detect SDC1 by Western blotting.
