Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate and 15 ug of human plasma were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT196 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. AFP band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of human plasma Result: KT196 can detect human AFP by Western blotting.
