ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT134 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. B2M (Cat. PP-11275) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human B2M monoclonal antibody (KT135) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT135 and KT134 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of B2M .
