Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of endometrium tissue by CMTM6 antibody (RCT8). Immunohistochemistry was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin- embedded endometrium.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RCT8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CMTM6 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: RCT8 can detect CMTM6 by Western blotting.
