Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RCT11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CMTM6 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HCT116 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of A549 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of MCF-7 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 6: 15 ug of A-375 lysate Result: RCT11 can detect CMTM6 by Western blotting.
