ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K94027_2E8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. TGFA (Cat. PP-3331) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TGFA monoclonal antibody (K94022_5G8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K94027_2E8 and K94022_5G8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TGFA .
