ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29056_17G12 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CXCL6 (Cat. PQ-267) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CXCL6 monoclonal antibody (K29044_6G4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K29044_6G4 and K29056_17G12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CXCL6 .
