ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16283_7H4 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant AKT1S1 Protein (Cat. PP-1208) was used as the antigen. 1 ug/mL biotin conjugated AKT1S1 Antibody (K16267_9C1) was used as the detection antibody. SA-HRP was then added to the system. Result: K16283_7H4 and K16267_9C1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of AKT1S1 .
