Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL12A and 25 ng of recombinant human IL12B were run on 6- 18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92010_2E1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL12A band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 25 ng of recombinant human IL12A Lane 2: 25 ng of recombinant human IL12B Result: K92010_2E1 can detect human IL12A by Western blotting.
