ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92010_1E2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL12A (Cat. P00727PBGND) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL12A monoclonal antibody (K92010_16E1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92010_1E2 and K92010_16E1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL12A .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL12A and 25 ng of recombinant human IL12B were run on 6- 18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92010_1E2 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL12A band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 25 ng of recombinant human IL12A Lane 2: 25 ng of recombinant human IL12B Result: K92010_1E2 can detect human IL12A by Western blotting.
