ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA378_7F6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. INHBA (Cat. PP-3132) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human INHBA monoclonal antibody (KAA378_14E10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA378_14E10 and KAA378_7F6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of INHBA .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of lung cancer tissue by INHBA antibody (KAA378_14E10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded lung cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human INHBA (Cat. P05352PA) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA378_14E10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (which cross reacts with mouse IgA) was used as the secondary antibody. INHBA band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA378_14E10 can detect INHBA by Western blotting.
