ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA378_4H12 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. INHBA (Cat. PP-3132) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human INHBA monoclonal antibody (KAA378_7F6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA378_4H12 and KAA378_7F6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of INHBA .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human INHBA (Cat. P05352PA) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA378_4H12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. INHBA band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA378_4H12 can detect INHBA by Western blotting.
