ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70011_2D1 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SV2A (Cat. PP-4515) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SV2A monoclonal antibody (K70011_2A4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70011_2D1 and K70011_2A4 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SV2A.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by SV2A antibody (K70011_2D1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
