Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. K29024_5A3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GAP43 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K29024_5A3 can detect GAP43 by Western blotting.
