ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92003_1D8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IFNA1 (Cat. PP-484) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IFNA1 monoclonal antibody (K92003_15C12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92003_1D8 and K92003_15C12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IFNA1.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IFNA1 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92003_1D8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IFNA1 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K92003_1D8 can detect human IFNA1 by Western blotting.
