ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92007_1C3 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IFNA1 (Cat. PP-484) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IFNA1 monoclonal antibody (K92007_14E6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92007_1C3 and K92007_14E6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IFNA1.
