ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92024_1D11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. FTCD (Cat. PP-5739) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human FTCD monoclonal antibody (K92024_2H10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92024_2H10 and K92024_1D11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of FTCD .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by FTCD antibody (K92024_2H10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
