Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by FTCD antibody (K92024_4F3). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug K92024_4F3 with rat liver tissue lysate containing 200 ug total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. Anti- FTCD (K92024_1D11) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Rat liver tissue lysate Lane 2: FTCD immunoprecipitated from rat liver tissue lysate by K92024_4F3 Result: K92024_4F3 can immunoprecipitate FTCD.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat liver tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92024_4F3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. FTCD band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K92024_4F3 can detect FTCD by Western blotting.
