ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K94008_1A6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL15 (Cat. PP-791) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL15 monoclonal antibody (K94008_7D11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K94008_1A6 and K94008_7D11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL15 .
