ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K94008_1A6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL15 (Cat. PP-791) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL15 monoclonal antibody (K94008_7D11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K94008_7D11 and K94008_1A6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL15 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL-15 (Cat. PP-791) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K94008_7D11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-15 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K94008_7D11 can detect human IL-15 by Western blotting.
