ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29057_8F1 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CCL1 (Cat. PQ-497) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CCL1 monoclonal antibody (K29057_13G10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K29057_13G10 and K29057_8F1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CCL1 .
