ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT16 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGHM (Cat. KC-007) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGHM monoclonal antibody (KT38) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT38 and KT16 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHM .
