Western Blot: 15 ug of THP-1 lysate and 15 ug of U-937 lysatewere run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-009 at 3 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CAPG band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of THP-1 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of U-937 lysate Result: OC-009 can detect CAPG by Western blotting.
