Western Blot: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing DYKDDDDK-tagged TRIM49 (Cat. P67967QATN) at N-terminus) and 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing EGFP-tagged TRIM49 (Cat. P67967QBTN) at C-terminus) were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-472 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TRIM49 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing DYKDDDDK-tagged TRIM49 (Cat. P67967QATN) at N-terminus) Lane 2: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing EGFP-tagged TRIM49 (Cat. P67967QBTN) at C-terminus) Result: OC-472 can detect TRIM49 by Western blotting.
