Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3934 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DLK1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3934 can detect DLK1 by Western blotting.
