Western Blot: 15 ug of HL-60 lysate and 15 ug of U-937 lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3957 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CD4 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HL-60 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of U-937 lysate Result: RC-3957 can detect CD4 by Western blotting.
