This recombinant protein contains Asp11-Ser526 of GISAID EPI1366513(335RRRKR339-TETR). It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 63.8 kDa, but migrates at 80-95 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
