This recombinant protein contains Asp12-Ser529 of GISAID EPI_ISL_30632(337RRRKKR342-TETR). It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 64.0 kDa, but migrates at 82-90 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
