Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CD47-Nanodisc (0.2 ug per well ). Serial diluted anti-CD47 monoclonal antibodysolutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody binding with CD47-Nanodisc is 2.959 ng/ml.
