Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with various human cytokines. K24005_10C1 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Results: K24005_10C1 does not cross-react with IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, CSF2, IFNA, IFNG, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K24005_10C1 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human IL-1B was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1B monoclonal antibody (K24005_5E11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K24005_10C1 and K24005_5E11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1B.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24005_10C1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL1B band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K24005_10C1 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.
