ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K24005_15H5 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human IL-1B was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-IL1B monoclonal antibody (K24005_10C3) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K24005_15H5 and K24005_10C3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1B.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24005_15H5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-1B band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K24005_15H5 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.
