Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with various human cytokines. K24005_5A2 was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: K24005_5A2 does not cross-react with human IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, CSF2, IFNA, IFNG, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL1B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K24005_5A2 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL1B band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K24005_5A2 can detect recombinant human IL1B by Western blotting.
