ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT105 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL6 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL6 monoclonal antibody (KT106) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT105 and KT106 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL6.
