ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06301_16H9 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL6 (Cat. PP-496) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL6 monoclonal antibody (K16255_5H11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16255_5H11 and K06301_16H9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL6 .
