ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E003_18E12 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SNAP25 (Cat. PP-506) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SNAP25 monoclonal antibody (K1E003_3G10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E003_18E12 and K1E003_3G10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SNAP25.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by SNAP25 antibody (K1E003_18E12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E003_18E12 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SNAP25 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K1E003_18E12 can detect SNAP25 by Western blotting.
