Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by anti-SNAP25 antibody (K1E003_7A5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: SH-SY5Y lysate and rat brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E003_7A5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SNAP25 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Result: K1E003_7A5 can detect SNAP25 by Western blotting.
