ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E001_7B6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SNAP25 (Cat. PP-506) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SNAP25 monoclonal antibody (K1E003_1E2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E001_7B6 and K1E003_1E2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SNAP25 .
