ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70012_13H11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. GFAP (Cat. PP-470) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human GFAP monoclonal antibody (K70012_1G1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70012_1G1 and K70012_13H11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of GFAP .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of cerebellum tissue by anti-GFAP antibody (K70012_1G1). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cerebellum tissue.

Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K70012_1G1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GFAP band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K70012_1G1 can detect GFAP by Western blotting.
