ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT223 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SNCA (Cat. PP-272) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SNCA monoclonal antibody (KT224) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT224 and KT223 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SNCA .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by SNCA antibody. Immunohistochemistry was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin- embedded brain tissue.
